ABOUT OUR STUDIO:

Chez Danse is pronounced Shay Dance and means 'House of Dance' in French.  Owner and Principal Penelope Edler has over 36 years experience as a dance teacher and 20 years experience as an Australian dance adjudicator.  Chez Danse offers classes in RAD classical ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and specialises in dance classes for tiny tots, children and adults.

Our new facility is absolutely beautiful, designed to inspire and delight dancers of all ages.  Big, bold, bright and fully air-conditioned.

Miss Penny enjoys passing on her love of performing and encourages all the great benefits of learning a creative art form to the children and adults she teaches and adjudicates.  Holding a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Cert of Arts and a Diploma of Visual Art – Miss Penny believes that a well rounded education is essential for dancers.

Miss Penny has taught some of Australia’s finest dancers including Charles Bartley the runner up of So You Think You Can Dance Series 2.
